Frequently Asked Questions
All our items are lab checked before the manufacturing process, and are checked again by an accredited Australian valuer upon entering Australia. The items are sold with their valuations for your added piece of mind. Our return policy includes misdescribed items, so if there is ever a mistake that slips through the cracks, we can take care of it for you.
Easy, copy the specifications of the item you like, and do a search for similar items. You will notice the differences in price. Bare in mind, the specifications do have to be similar in order to give you a somewhat accurate comparison. You can't compare prices across different gold purities, stones, or carat weights easily.
Look for words like 'created' or 'simulant'. These words are usually kept in small unnoticeable fonts and locations. This means the stones are not natural. Natural stones have significantly higher values. We only use natural stones in our jewellery, some stones may have treatments which are declared, but everything comes from the ground, not a lab.

All over the world! You will notice, quite a lot of the descriptions will include the Gemstones origin, this is because enough compounds are present in the stone for us to accurately state where it has come from. For other stones though, it may be too difficult to accurately pinpoint a location. Stones are purchased in mixed parcels, so even a stone dealer could not accurately state where the stones are from. We can state though, that we only work with reputable dealers, who have agreed to adhere to international anti conflict laws. We do not support the sale of stones from conflict areas.
About 50% of our stock is made as a One-Off unique item. The other 50% is made in sets of 3. No more than 3 of any item is ever made. The only exceptions to this being Diamond stud earrings, Diamond tennis bracelets and Pearl stud earrings. These items contain only one type of stone, therefore a great range of diversity isn't possible, however, we do change designs on these items as much as we can, such as with the types of settings or colours.
