Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Once full payment has been received, we shall ship your item/s to you within 2 business days.
Domestic shipping within Australia is free, and International shipping will incur a flat rate charge of $50 AUD.
The courier used is Australia Post, and express satchels are used.
Express post does not include include insurance. If you would like Insurance added, you must select so at the time of purchase, during checkout. The cost is $25 for every $1000 of coverage, up to $5,000 AUD.
If you prefer not to have the parcel insured, simply select the "Free" option for Domestic, or "Flat Rate" option for International.
If you chose to select insurance for your parcel, you must select this during checkout, or contact us immediately to inform us you would like this added. The additional costs must be paid prior to us shipping the item/s. If you have multiple items exceeding the maximum insurance limit, you may chose as to how you would like us to proceed with shipping. This may involve sending across multiple parcels, or you may prefer to select your own courier. If selecting your own courier, you must liaise with us in order to ensure viability. We will not take responsibility for your items with a courier of your choice, if it is outside our availability. We can be contacted on info@jewelleryfoundryco.com
If a parcel is stolen prior to it's delivery, you are required to file a report with Australia Post and to file a police report, as theft of post is a Federal Crime in Australia. We do not take accountability for parcel theft. Any action we may chose to take, will be at our sole discretion.
Return & Exchange Policy
30 Day Returns Policy:
We offer 30 day returns on all items that have been received and found to be faulty or damaged. You must adhere to the following guidelines:

you must contact Jewellery Foundry & Co via email on info@jewelleryfoundryco.com within 30 days of receiving the parcel and inform us of the damage.

you must provide evidence to show that the item is damaged or faulty, this could be in the form of photographs or a letter from a qualified jeweller.

you must must follow the return instructions provided to you by JF&Co staff.
Our 30 day return policy does not cover change of mind or circumstance, nor does it cover wilful damage caused by the customer. If wilful damage is suspected, a Qualified Jeweller will be used to make an assessment.
Faulty Items:
We take the utmost care in ensuring you will never receive a faulty item, however, if you do, we will endeavour to rectify the situation promptly. If an item has a minor fault, we will have the item repaired at no cost to you. If the item is deemed to have a major fault, you have the choice of having the item replaced, at no cost to you, or receiving a credit note. The extent of the fault is to be assessed by our appointed Qualified Jeweller. The guidelines listed in the return policy apply.
Payment Terms:
Once a full payment has been made, we shall ship your items to you within 2 business days. Providing us with a correct postal address is your responsibility. We do not provide refunds based on incorrect postal addresses being provided to us, nor on change of mind or circumstance. A credit note may be applied in certain circumstances, and is up to the discretion of Jewellery Foundry & Co. If paying via credit card, Jewellery Foundry & Co may ask for a copy of your driver's licence. This information is used solely to deter credit card fraud, and none of this data is stored or used for any other purpose. If we suspect credit card fraud, and you are unable to prove otherwise, we will cancel your purchase and return any money paid to the credit company.
